Who we are

PitLess is an early-stage engineering project run by Vid Nemec, Ljubljana, Slovenia. For any privacy question, write to vid@pitless.eu.

What we collect

Only what you type into the signup form: your email address, and optionally your first name, country, car, how many track days you do per year, and what you drive.

Why we collect it

To send you development updates about PitLess, and to understand who is interested so we build the right thing. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Who else sees it

The signup form and mailing list are handled by third-party services acting as our processors. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

Ask what we hold about you
Have it corrected or deleted
Withdraw your consent at any time
Complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si)
